18+ vs 21+ patrons
Texas law (SB 315 era rules) bans patrons under 18 from sexually oriented businesses and requires dancers/workers to be 21+. That does not mean every club must admit 18-year-old patrons — many doors choose 21+, especially where alcohol is sold.
- 21+ club with full bar — most common upscale pattern
- 18+ possible — more often at non-alcohol / BYOB rooms, still not guaranteed
