BYOB at Texas clubs

Texas does not have a statewide ban on BYOB at adult venues, but venues with certain alcohol permits cannot mix BYOB with sold liquor. Practically: if the club is BYOB, stop at a liquor store first.

Checklist

• Confirm BYOB on the listing (or call)
• Ask about setup / corkage / mixer fees
• Ask if there is a bring-in cutoff time
• Don't assume every nude club is BYOB — verify
